Vegetation Growth Dynamic and Sensitivity to Changing Climate in a Watershed in Northern China

چکیده

Global climate change profoundly influences the patterns of vegetation growth. However, disparities in responses induced by regional characteristics are generally weakened large-scale studies. Meanwhile, distinct climatic drivers growth result different reactions types to variability. Hence, it is an extraordinary challenge detect and attribute changes. In this study, spatiotemporal distribution dynamic effects on from 2000 2020 were investigated normalized difference index (NDVI) dataset during growing season (April–October). we further detected climate-dominated factor between (i.e., forest, shrub, grass) within Chaohe watershed located temperate northern China. The results revealed a continuous greening trend over entire study period, despite slowing down since 2007 (p < 0.05). Growing-season precipitation (P) was identified as dominant 0.05), approximately 34.83% vegetated area exhibited significant response increasing P. continued warming-induced intensive evaporation demand caused slow down. Hereinto, areas with significantly positive forest temperature decreased 24.38% 18.06% addition, solar radiation (SW) corresponds SW-influenced increased 9.24% 2.64% 11.78% 3.37% forests shrubland, respectively Our findings highlight nonlinearity long-term trends variation cause divergence, which provide vital insights into forecasting future change.

Detection of the Coupling between Vegetation Leaf Area and Climate in a Multifunctional Watershed, Northwestern China

Accurate detection and quantification of vegetation dynamics and drivers of observed climatic and anthropogenic change in space and time is fundamental for our understanding of the atmosphere–biosphere interactions at local and global scales. This case study examined the coupled spatial patterns of vegetation dynamics and climatic variabilities during the past three decades in the Upper Heihe R...

a frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey

the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...

A novel approach for modelling vegetation distributions and analysing vegetation sensitivity through trait-climate relationships in China

Increasing evidence indicates that current dynamic global vegetation models (DGVMs) have suffered from insufficient realism and are difficult to improve, particularly because they are built on plant functional type (PFT) schemes. Therefore, new approaches, such as plant trait-based methods, are urgently needed to replace PFT schemes when predicting the distribution of vegetation and investigati...
